David P. Singelyn, President

David P. Singelyn has been the President and a director of CMP since May 2003. Mr. Singelyn had been an executive officer of CMP since July 1996. From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Singelyn was employed in various senior financial positions with Public Storage, a publicly traded real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PSA) including its Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 1995 to 2003. Mr. Singelyn is also the Manager of American Commercial Equities, LLC, a private real estate company in the United States, which owns and operates retail facilities in Southern California and Hawaii. Mr. Singelyn is a certified public accountant, alumni of the accounting firm of Ernst and Young and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
Troy R. McLellan, Senior Vice President – Chief Operating Officer
Troy R. McLellan was appointed to Senior Vice President – Chief Operating Officer in May 2008.  Mr. McLellan has been Vice President - Real Estate of CMP since December 2004 with responsibility for real estate acquisition and development in Canada.  In May 2007, Mr. McLellan assumed additional operational responsibilities. Mr. McLellan joined CMP in June 2002 as District Manager in Ontario. From June 2001 to June 2002, Mr. McLellan was a District Manager at Pizza Pizza. From June 1999 to March 2001, Mr. McLellan was employed by Global Pursuits Inc. and involved with startup operations and franchise development. Mr. McLellan has also held various operational and project developments roles in the food services industry, including Wendy's and Subway. Mr. McLellan earned his Business Administration Diploma from Compucollege School of Business.
Vincent R. Chan, Vice President - Chief Financial Officer.
Vincent R. Chan was appointed to Vice President - Chief Financial Officer in May 2007.  Mr. Chan joined CMP in June 2003 and was appointed Vice President – Controller in August 2003. Prior to his employment with CMP, Mr. Chan was the controller of Nettwerk America, LLC from May 2002 to May 2003 and the corporate controller and consultant of PS Business Parks, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust listed on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX: PSB) from October 1998 to April 2002. From October 1995 to September 1998, Mr. Chan was employed by Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Chan is a certified public accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University of Northridge.
Pino Spano, Vice President - Operations
Pino Spano has been the Vice President - Operations of CMP since November 2007. Mr. Spano joined the Company in July 2003 as a District Manager with responsibility for the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Spano has over twenty years of business management and operational experience with Big Box Retailers, including Best Buy, Sport Mart, Chapters and National Sports.
Raymond F. Huning, Vice President - Director of Taxes.
Raymond F. Huning joined CMP in August 2003 as Vice President - Director of Taxes. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Huning was employed by Ernst & Young LLP and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Sara Vogt-Lowell, Vice President - Counsel & Assistant Secretary
Sara Vogt-Lowell was appointed Vice President - Counsel and Assistant Secretary of CMP in May 2006. Ms. Vogt-Lowell was previously with the law firm of Latham & Watkins, specializing in real estate matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, her law degree from University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law) and is a member of the California State Bar Association.
Andrew J. MacDougall, Secretary
Andrew J. MacDougall is a partner at the law firm of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he has practiced since 1993. Mr. MacDougall holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and an LL.B from the University of Toronto.
